Once you submit your rental application the process of approval is: Application Submitted → Application Review → Document Verification → Vehicle Availability → Approval → Insurance Selection/Verification → Rental Agreement Reviewed, Agreed and Signed → Payment Received → Vehicle Pickup/Delivery → You're Ready to Drive!
If you need an update, contact Ready Rides Fleet LLC at (470) 778-8249. Have your name, email address, and application information available so our team can locate your request quickly.
If we're unable to move forward with your rental, we'll notify you. When appropriate, we may also explain whether additional documentation, insurance, or another requirement could allow your application to be reconsidered.
We'll let you know and, when possible, offer another available vehicle that meets your rental needs. You can decide whether the alternative works for you before completing the rental.
